Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders ship from the United States. Domestic shipping is available to all 50 states. International shipping is available to most countries on request; we confirm the destination and shipping cost in your quote before you approve it. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for knowing and complying with their country's import rules, and for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Orders are filled and labeled to order. Estimated production and transit time is provided with your quote and depends on the products, quantities, and label status. Time frames are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders ship with a tracked carrier. Tracking is sent to the email on your account when the order leaves our facility.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Because products are custom-labeled for your brand and are temperature-sensitive research materials, they cannot be resold and are not returnable once shipped, except where we made an error. If you receive the wrong product, wrong strength, or a label that does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items or issue a credit.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production or label printing has started, cancellation is subject to the costs already incurred.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as an account credit, at your choice, within 10 business days.
