By using aminowhitelabel.com or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Effective September 23, 2026.

All products offered by Amino White Label are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, or for any consumer purpose. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance and none should be inferred from any page on this site.

By purchasing, you represent that you are a business or institution acquiring materials for research purposes, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will handle, label, store, and resell products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.

Sales are made to qualified business accounts only. Prices, availability, and product strengths are confirmed in a written quote. A quote becomes an order when you approve it and pay the corresponding invoice. Quotes may expire and are subject to change until accepted.

When we apply your brand to a product, you are the seller of record for that product. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your brand name, artwork, claims, and marketing, and for ensuring your labels and downstream sales comply with the law. You represent that you own or have rights to any logos, names, or artwork you provide, and you grant us a license to reproduce them solely to fulfill your orders.

Approved quotes are invoiced. Orders enter production after the invoice is paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your order.

Shipping terms, refunds, and returns are described in our Shipping and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The site, its design, text, and images are owned by Amino White Label and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your brand assets remain yours.

Products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representation regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amino White Label's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amino White Label and its owners, officers, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of products, your labels and marketing, your resale of products, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
