A private label program lets a business sell research peptides under its own brand without running a lab or a filling line. The supplier provides the material, the vial and the label. You own the brand, the pricing and the customer relationship.
This guide walks through how a program with Amino White Label runs, from the first inquiry to the first reorder, and what you need ready at each step.
Step 1: Decide what your brand will sell
Start with the lineup. The catalog has seventy compounds across eight chemical-class categories, from GH secretagogues to peptide bioregulators. Some brands launch with a few compounds. Others build a full line from the start. Both work, and you can mix products in one order.
A few questions help narrow the list:
- Who are your buyers, and which compounds do they already ask you for?
- Which strengths do you need for each compound?
- How many vials of each do you expect to sell per month?
- Where will you ship: inside the United States, abroad, or both?
Browse by category to build a shortlist: peptide bioregulators, copper and signal peptides, growth hormone and secretagogues and the rest are linked in the footer.
Step 2: Send an inquiry
The inquiry form on the homepage asks for your products, expected monthly volume, where you ship and where your brand is at today. The options for that last one are "just an idea", "have a name and logo" and "already selling, switching suppliers". You can add products to the inquiry straight from the catalog.
We respond Monday through Friday, Pacific time. Inquiries sent over the weekend are answered the next business day.
Step 3: The brand call
We follow up by email to schedule a call. The call covers your lineup, expected quantities, label direction and shipping destinations. Have these ready if you can:
- Your logo files, if you have them
- Brand colors
- Your product list, with compound names and strengths
- Rough monthly volumes per product
- Your shipping destinations
None of this is required. Some clients arrive with a finished brand. Others start with a name. We help either way.
Step 4: Label design and proof
Next comes the label. Bring your existing logo and colors, or start from a name and we build the look. We design a label system for your brand: layout, type, color, and the required research-use-only language. It is built so every compound in your line looks like it belongs together.
You review a proof before anything is printed. Check it line by line: brand name spelling, compound names, strengths, and the research-use-only statement. The approved proof becomes the reference for every label that follows. If a delivered label does not match it, our shipping and returns policy covers the fix.
Our label checklist lists what goes on the vial and what to check on a proof.
Step 5: Quote and invoice
You get a written quote built around your products, strengths and quantities, with labels included. A few terms apply to every quote:
- Confidential list prices are shown per vial on each product page.
- Each SKU has a 100-vial minimum.
- Freight is quoted separately.
- For international orders, we confirm the destination and shipping cost in the quote before you approve it.
Approved quotes are invoiced. Once the invoice is paid, the order moves to production. There is no public checkout. Our guide to MOQs and lead times explains how to size the first order.
Step 6: Production, labeling and shipping
Orders are filled and labeled to order. The quote includes an estimated production and transit time. It depends on the products, the quantities and the status of your labels, and it is an estimate.
All orders ship from the United States with a tracked carrier. Tracking goes to the email on your account when the order leaves our facility. If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production or label printing has started, cancellation is subject to the costs already incurred.
Step 7: Reorders and new products
Reorders use the same label files and the same quote basis, so adding volume does not mean starting over. Adding a new compound uses the same design system: the new SKU slots into the existing layout.
Approved partner accounts can use the Partner Portal. It shows live volume pricing for every product, lets you build and submit purchase orders, and keeps a record of what you've sent.
Your responsibilities as the brand owner
Selling under your own label means the research-use-only status travels with the product to your customers. Every product we supply is for laboratory research use only. Our research use only disclaimer sets out the full terms. In practice, as the brand owner you:
- Market and sell the products as research-use-only material, and make that status clear to your own customers.
- Keep health claims, personal-use instructions and usage guidance out of your listings, packaging and marketing.
- Handle, store, label and resell the products in line with the laws that apply to you.
- For international sales, follow your country's import rules and cover any duties, taxes or customs fees.
Clear compliance from the start protects your brand. It also keeps your listings consistent with the label on every vial.
